This is a project for Optimal Consulting. It involves the development of a Learner Appraisal System which allows an employee to be rated by his or her team members for a given set of competencies.

Competencies are attributes such as communication skills, integrity, teamwork, strategic planning skills etc. Each employee can rate one another as colleague, boss, subordinate and frequent interact. The results of the ratings are consolidated in the system and reports are generated for each employee and group to determine their strengths, weaknesses and potential. This system (known as e360) is used by major corporations to appraise and train employees.

The e360 application was developed from ground-up. Inclusive of user acceptance testing, overall completion time was around 6 months.
