This is a new website for Tunas Manja Development & Construction Sdn Bhd, the property arm of Kuantan’s Tunas Manja Group. The choice of colors and graphics were kept vibrant, to be consistent with the cute logo and the friendly image projected by the group. Tunas Manja is also one of the leading supermarket operators in Pahang.

KJ Property Management Sdn Bhd (previously Khong & Jaafar) has been a long-standing client on our E-mail Hosting services. After some years, the company has now decided to take the Internet plunge with a website presence as well.

Many businesses are starting to discover that a website is no longer an option for them, but a NECESSITY. If you don’t have one and your competitors do, it’s bad news for you. On the other hand if you are in an industry which is still in its Internet infancy, don’t wait any longer – get a web presence now and discover the advantage of being a first mover!

OK back to KJPM… this valued client of ours is a leader in property management in Malaysia. Our aim was to keep the design simple and project a professional image that says that the company can be trusted. This is shown in the extensive portfolio of high-profile buildings managed by our client.

We take this opportunity to congratulate the team at KJPM and to thank you for your ongoing support!

  • Minor Renovation for Amberhill website

Amberhill Homes are taking luxury and exclusivity to a new level in Taman Melawati. The website was originally designed by another company and our client felt it was time to do a little renovation.

While maintaining the original design framework to save cost, our main focus was on improving the readability of the website content. Hence the home page content was sharpened and the website navigation changed to accomodate for monthly newsletters which our client intends to publish.

Once again it was a satisfying experience knowing that our client now has control of their website.

  • Fortune Kepong – Transforming a Corporate Website into a Project Website

What started out as a corporate website for Asian Pac Holdings Bhd actually ended up as a project website for our client’s maiden project, Fortune Kepong.

The transformation was pretty easy actually. When we first undertook this project, Asian Pac was still a single project company with Fortune Kepong. As the project matured, more phases were added and the website was heavily skewed with Kepong pictures. So when more projects and assets were added to Asian Pac’s portfolio, the company soon found the website lacking and it was a lot easier to come up with a new design for the new corporate website. And thus the old corporate website became a project website :)
