Web Templates > Buying Process See any template you like? If so, you may want to buy on our website directly. When you select the Buy button, you will see a form where you will be asked key in your particulars, such as Name, Address, Tel and Email address. Please make sure you can access the e-mail address you provide. You also need to indicate your payment option. If you wish to pay by credit card, select "ChronoPay".  You will then be taken to a secure site where you will be asked to enter your credit card details. Information will be encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology.  When your credit card is approved, you will see a confirmation screen similar to the below. It may take up to 20-30 seconds for processing because approval is provided in real time.  After confirmation, click on continue to proceed to the Support Screen. You will have to wait for around 10-15 minutes while your credit card goes through additional checks for fraud and authenticity.  When your credit card has obtained full clearance, you will be emailed with a link to download your web template. While waiting for clearance, you can ask any questions in the Support Screen using live chat. If you find that the download link is not working or if you cannot fully download the template you purchased, just raise a live chat and the issue can usually be rectified on the spot. Can I Pay by Cash, Cheque or Maybank2U instead? YES. If you wish to buy a template but do not want to use a credit card, no problem. You can either transfer funds to us via Maybank2U or bank into the following account:
