Frequently Asked Questions > Web Templates FAQ HOW DO I BUY WEB TEMPLATES FROM YOUR WEBSITE? You can buy online from our website using Mastercard or Visa. Payment confirmation and fraud check takes around 15 minutes and you will be able to download the web template source files after that. If you do not wish to buy online, you can pay us via Maybank2U (Netallianz Technology, A/C No 5122 3131 8153) and we can e-mail you the template source files after payment is confirmed. There is a service charge of RM30 for non-online purchases. For example if a web template is US$55, you will need to bank in RM239, calculated by (US$55 x 3.8) + RM30. If you are banking in a cheque, we will send you the files after cheque clearance. Remember to e-mail or fax us the bank-in slip and tell us the Template number. THE TEMPLATES ON YOUR WEBSITE APPEAR TO BE VERY GENERIC. CAN I CHANGE THE LAYOUT AND THE BUTTONS TO THE STYLE THAT I WANT? No, for this requirement you need to go with Customized Design. IS YOUR STARTER KIT PRICE OF RM1,500 INCLUSIVE OF THE TEMPLATE COST AND CONTENT INSERTION SERVICE? The Starter Kit package of RM1,500 is inclusive of the web template cost of up to US$50. If say a template is shown as US$60, then your will need to pay additonal US$10, or around RM40. WHY ARE YOUR TEMPLATES SOLD IN USD AND NOT RINGGIT MALAYSIA? The web templates we offer are designed mostly by designers all over the world and sold in worldwide markets. Online sale of these templates are targeted more at web designers and programmers who can just buy the template and do the coding themselves. Many of these potential customers are not local to Malaysia. CAN I PAY FOR YOUR WEB TEMPLATE STARTER KIT PACKAGE THROUGH THE WEB TEMPLATE PAYMENT ENGINE? No. If you decide to go with our web template design packages (eg Starter Kit), please contact us for payment details. WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY FULL CONTENT INSERTION? WHAT IS INVOLVED? When you decide to go with our template package, we help you insert your website content into the template. We help you work out your content structure so as to fit your entire web content (text and pictures) within the template layout. The template design itself is fixed. |
